Eve's Tears Hunt Timeline


1.  4-27 Applications Turned in by April 27th.


2   4-30 No applications taken after April 30th.


3   5-4 Hunt team will come and check if you have your group sign and hunt information sign out. May 4.


4   5-7 Hint and Photo turned into Hunt office mailbox before May 7th.


5.  May 5th the Hunt Object (Lily of the Valley) hunt trail and any final items are sent out.


6.   5-10 Put your Hunt item out loaded with the box you have your gift in. Do not make it active. May 10.


7.   5-11 A Hunt Team member will come by and check if you have your item out May 11 -14 .


8.   5-14  Late in the day  May 14  activate your hunt lily of the valley with your gift loaded in it. 


9.   5-14  Pre-Hunt party for hunters and sponsors Also to explain to hunters how to hunt!


11.   5-15 May 15 Hunt Starts!!!!! Have Fun!!!! 


11.   6-15 Hunt Ends.
