The DIGIWORLDZ GRID WIDE HUNT GROUP is sponsored by DigiWorldz, to provide hunts across our grid. Our goal is to promote community and exploration throughout our virtual world. We appreciate your interest and your desire to help us promote DigiWorldz! Even the most fun activity requires some organization and planning. In order to be a Hunt Sponsor, you must meet a few GUIDELINES: 1. You must be a member of the DIGIWORLDZ GRID WIDE HUNT GROUP, as we will be communicating through this group. So, please pay attention to the notices. We will send out any changes or updates in the group only. 2. Mall shops are certainly welcome to be sponsors, but you MUST have a DIRECT LANDING POINT to your shop. 3. No children's shops or children's items please. 4. You must submit a Hunt Sponsor Application prior to the application deadline on the HUNT TIME LINE. Your application must be complete or it will be eliminated. The hunt order will be determined by the date on which complete applications are received and accepted. Before returning the Hunt Sponsor Application to your Hunt Organizer, RENAME it "DGWH APP--EVE'S Tears Hunt--YOUR NAME". 5. GIFT REQUIREMENTS: A. Whether you are a shop owner or a region owner (or rent a parcel of land), you must create an ORIGINAL, THEMED HUNT GIFT THAT IS EXCLUSIVE TO THE HUNT. In other words, no recycled freebies, no business in a box items, no items that are already for sale in your shop. Your gift must be something newly created just for this hunt, and must be themed according to the hunt theme. (However, you MAY redesign a current item according to the hunt theme and make that item exclusive to the hunt.) After the hunt is over, of course, you may place the item for sale in your shop or offer it as a gift item. B. Your hunt gift must comply with the TOS of DigiWorldz. C. Your hunt gift must be of good quality, something that will represent you well and encourage people to come back later to shop or visit. (i.e.--not simply a t-shirt with your shop logo. Betty Boop might make a lovely new set of his & her swim suits for a beach themed hunt.) D. If your gift is not unisex, please consider providing a male and female gift item. This is not required, but it would be nice. If you do provide a male and female gift, remember to indicate that on your application materials, along with a hint for each (or you may choose to hide both gifts in the same place, or place them both inside one gift box.) 6. If you are accepted as a Hunt Sponsor, you will be sent a WELCOME PACK. The Welcome Pack will contain a Hunt Information Board and a DGWH Group Joiner, as well as a Hint & Gift Photo Notecard. ***You must post the DGWH GROUP JOINER and the HUNT INFORMATION BOARD as soon as you receive them, at or within clear sight of your landing point.*** If you do not have these on display when we do the SIGN CHECK, you will be eliminated from the hunt. (We would appreciate it if you would leave the DGWH Group Joiner on display after the hunt is over to encourage group growth and more hunters in the future.) 7. Your HINT & GIFT PHOTO NOTECARD must be submitted by the deadline on the HUNT TIME LINE. (If you add a photo, be sure it is set to FULL PERM before dragging it into the notecard. The notecard is set to full perm--do not change the perms. We have to be able to place your info into a main hint card for the hunt.) 8. HUNT ITEMS AND HUNT TRACKS: Hunt Items and Hunt Tracks will be delivered to sponsors about 5 days before the hunt begins. Sponsors must place their loaded Hunt Items and Hunt Tracks (if needed) before the First Walk Through. Our Hunt Team will be checking each location for placement of Hunt Items and Hunt Tracks according to the Hunt Time Line. If they are not placed, you may be eliminated from the hunt. *****************************************************************************
